Extrusion Blow Molds

Pet Plus Enterprises has been manufacturing extrusion molds for wide variety of extrusion blow molding machines like CMP and Vardhman etc. Molds are manufactured for HDPE & LDPE material. We make both manual and automatic deflashing extrusion molds.

Rotational molds

Pet Plus manufactures RBM molds for various types of machines such as Sidel, Sacmi, SIG Corpoplast Blomax, SMI, KHS. These molds are designed according to the preform weight and neck threads.

Injection stretch blow molds (ISB)

Pet Plus manufactures ISB molds for various types of machines such as Suraj, Shyam, JP Machinery, PET Plast, Global, Mahalaxmi, Dunamis machine etc for two stage process. These molds are designed according to the preform weight and neck threads.

Repair & Maintenance

Another important part of our expertise is the repair, refurbishing and maintaining of existing blow molds in a short period of time. Our veteran crew is very capable of identifying the issues and taking necessary action fixing it.

Manufacturing

Our highly trained CNC machinists are independently capable of writing programs and making setups.
They are trained to inspect each part when it comes out of the machine. During the final assembly, parts are inspected and put together as molds by skilled machinists to insure that standards are met.
We keep our manufacturing operations running 24 hours a day with 2 shifts in operation. This gives our customers the competitive edge in turn around time.

Design

Our design engineers have vast experience in designing many different types of products and are capable of taking your ideas and imaginations to a complete 3 dimensional product design.
We use Solid Works Mechanical design software to design and enhance the product design.
When the design is completed, we can email the product design to our customer in an e-file format. The customer is then able to view and simulate the product design at his or her own desktop.
